What are the cancellation rules?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the arrival date. The booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the booking starts are not eligible for a refund. You can easily cancel via the link in your booking confirmation or by contacting us.
