Sibbessons Farm Shop (Sibbessons gårdsbutik)
For generations, the Sibbesson family has grown strawberries, raspberries, and other crops in Östad, just north of Näsum. Although the farm is technically in Skåne, it is so close to the border that it feels like Blekinge. Located at the foot of Ryssberget with views over the Sibbarp Valley, the shop offers seasonal berries and homemade juices, jams, marmalades, and mulled wine. You’ll also find a wide range of Swedish artisanal food from other producers and flower baskets in early summer.
In late summer, they host a "Raspberry Feast" where you can pick your own berries. The shop also features a café. Check Sibbessons' Facebook for current opening hours and events.

Äppelboden Cidery (Äppelboden musteri)
In Gustavstorp, just east of Mörrum, Maria and Jonas run Äppelboden. They produce award-winning apple juices, ciders, and mulled wines. Their juice comes in exciting blends like apple/blackberry, apple/lingonberry, and our personal favorite: apple/elderflower. Beyond apple products, the shop stocks artisanal foods, home decor, and beautiful gift sets. The farm shop is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00. Read more on Äppelboden’s website.
Gummagården Farm Shop (Gummagårdens gårdsbutik)
The Robertsson family runs Gummagården in Norje. Aside from their star crop—cucumbers—you will find a variety of vegetables, berries, and fruits. They even offer a unique cucumber-flavored beer, along with interior decor and clothing.
Enjoy a coffee or ice cream and watch the chickens while you relax. For children, there is a small tractor track with a "car wash" and obstacles that provides hours of entertainment. Find current hours on Gummagården’s website.

Brödhultsgården
Between Olofström and Kyrkhult, Gitana and Inge run an organic farm with livestock. In the farm shop, you can buy KRAV-certified organic beef, including prime cuts, mince, burgers, and various sausages. They also sell local honey, spices, and jam. Their café serves waffles and ice cream from the local Holje factory. More info is available on Brödhultsgården’s website.
Lönneholm Pigs (Lönneholmsgrisar)
In Agerum outside Sölvesborg, you’ll find Lönneholm, where pigs live outdoors in large pastures and root freely in the Blekinge soil. Meat from these "happy pigs" is sold in the farm shop and via a mobile sales truck. To enter the self-service shop, you need a mobile BankID (contact Elin if you don't have one). You can find contact details and the truck's schedule on Lönneholmsgrisar’s Facebook.

Café Ljusagård
In the heart of Mörrum, Linda and Sebastian run Café Ljusagård with a strong focus on sustainability. Most ingredients are organic or locally sourced, and the charming interior reflects their passion for upcycling. They offer breakfast, salads, and a wide array of homemade desserts and pastries—all baked with love. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are always available. Read more on the Café Ljusagård website.
Timeless Things (Tidlösa Ting)
At the second-hand shop Tidlösa Ting in Mörrum, you’ll find everything for the home and more! They specialize in giving old items new life, making them truly timeless. Plan your visit carefully: they are only open on Sundays from 12:00 to 15:00, all year round. Find inspiration on Tidlösa Ting’s Instagram.

Valhall at Lake Orlunden
Perched above a 40-meter vertical drop into Lake Orlunden, you’ll find the magnificent Valhall viewpoint. Legend has it this was a "suicide cliff" (ättestupa) where the elderly would cast themselves off in ancient times, though there is no historical evidence for this.
A gravel road leads to the site, and the view is just a short walk from the parking area. Bring a picnic or use the BBQ area. Read more on Naturkartan. There you will also find more places to visit in Blekinge.

Elleholm Beach (Elleholms badplats)
The best part about Elleholm isn't just the swimming—it’s the environment. Large, wide-crowned oaks, including the thickest oak tree in Blekinge, give the place a special tranquility. You can cool off at the small sandy beach or from the jetty. There is also an open field for games and several BBQ spots. More info on Naturkartan.
The Giant’s Kettles in Tararp (Jättegrytorna i Tararp)
Even if you aren't a geology enthusiast, these glacial potholes are fascinating. Legend says giants used them for cooking, but they were actually formed by swirling meltwater during the Ice Age. Some are four meters deep, and one can be seen in cross-section where it split in half long ago. Learn more at the County Administrative Board (Länsstyrelsen) website.
More Tips for Blekinge
In addition to our favorite spots, there are of course many more excursion destinations worth a visit in Blekinge and the areas around Ljuvadal. In Mörrum, for example, there is Laxens hus with an exhibition about salmon and the history of salmon fishing in the Mörrumsån River and the music café Karlssons trägaur. For all those who want to play, there is the large-scale site in the middle of Olofström and in Karlshamn Kreativum Science Center, an interactive discovery center for all the curious. If you want to get close to the wild, we recommend a visit to Räntemåla älgpark or Eriksberg. There are of course also more that sell locally grown produce and food crafts, see farm shops in BlekingeFor a complete guide to the region, visit Visit Blekinge.
